Mind the gap: Small firms are warned on lack of investment in digitalisation

SMALL businesses have under-invested in digitalisation and need to make up ground, the chair of the Small Firms Association (SFA) has warned.

“Investment in digitalisation and upskilling by small businesses is needed to enhance innovation, productivity, competitiveness and to reduce the country’s increasing reliance on multinationals,” SFA chair Sue O’Neill said.
